1. Advance Booking: 
   To ensure the utmost quality and attention to detail, all date planning services must be booked a minimum of one week prior to the intended date. We strongly advise our clients to plan well in advance to secure the most exceptional experiences.
    

2. Communication: Effective communication is vital for the success of your date. In the event that we encounter difficulty reaching you to discuss essential details or secure necessary reservations, you risk missing out on your planned experience. We expect prompt and responsive communication throughout the date planning process.
    

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: In case you need to cancel or reschedule your planned date, please notify us no less than 48 hours before the scheduled date. Any cancellations made after this time frame may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the planning fee, depending on the circumstances.
    

4. Additional Costs: While most elements of your date planning experience, such as event selections, restaurant choices, and activities, are carefully chosen to align with your budget, it's important to note that certain preferences may incur additional charges. Any such expenses resulting from specific choices, exclusive experiences, or additional services will be transparently communicated and agreed upon during the planning process.
   
   Please be aware that financial transactions related to these expenses are exclusively between you and the respective businesses involved. Plan You a Date acts solely as the facilitator of your date planning, and we do not participate in or oversee these transactions unless expressly stated otherwise.
    

5. Responsibility for Behavior: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner during their date. Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior towards our staff or partners may result in immediate termination of the date experience without a refund.
    

6. Liability: Plan You a Date will not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances or events that may disrupt or impact your date experience. While we make every effort to provide a seamless experience, we cannot control factors such as weather, unforeseen restaurant closures, or other external factors.
    

7. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will never share or sell your personal information. Any information collected is solely for the purpose of planning and coordinating your date.
    

8. Feedback and Testimonials: We encourage clients to provide feedback on their date experience. Your feedback helps us continually improve our services. With your permission, we may use your testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes.
    

9. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or distribution of any content from our site is prohibited without prior written consent from Plan You a Date.
