The business acknowledges that Plan You a Date bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the business through this collaboration, and the terms of the collaboration are subject to the agreement provided separately. The business agrees that Plan You a Date may display its information and discount offerings on the Plan You a Date website and associated platforms until the agreed-upon termination date or until canceled by the business. The business also agrees to the specified terms and conditions set forth by Plan You a Date regarding the promotion, display, and duration of the discounts offered. Furthermore, the business acknowledges that Plan You a Date acts solely as a platform for advertising and is not liable for any incidents, disputes, or occurrences that may arise between the business and Plan You a Date members while availing themselves of the discounts offered.
